  • Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and student progress monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and support staff to deliver holistic, student-focused care
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports for compliance and team communication
  • Empower students by integrating therapy into the classroom environment and daily life
  • Counsel and educate families and teachers about communication strategies and progress
