Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY) accepted
• Current state licensure or ability to obtain certification in California
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but strong new graduates encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working across diverse student populations and grade levels

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Create, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s goals
• Maintain documentation and progress reports according to school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed

For this role, compensation ranges from $60–$80 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
