Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Holds or eligible for state SLP licensure and relevant certifications
  • Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or skilled SLPA candidates with school-based experience
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Comfortable working exclusively on-site for face-to-face therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students across grade levels
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment strategies for a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in meetings, contribute to IEP development, and maintain clear documentation
  • Provide support and guidance to students, staff, and families to maximize communication outcomes
