Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality speech and language services to students in West Virginia. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success through assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based intervention.
Responsibilities
• Conduct speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active West Virginia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous school-based experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
