School Speech Language Pathologist - Berlin, Maryland

Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC certification required
• Prior experience with school-based caseloads is highly valued
• Knowledge of best practices in serving mild to moderate disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-3 through 6th grade
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to student progress planning
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
