Make a meaningful impact supporting students as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a contract role working with PreK-3 through 6th grade. Collaborate closely with educational staff and families to help students with mild to moderate disabilities enhance their communication skills in a positive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a manageable caseload of 40-50 children and provide targeted, results-driven speech and language therapy.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in PreK-6th grades
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students with mild to moderate disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
- Provide direct intervention and therapy services to assigned caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
