Make a meaningful impact supporting students as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a contract role working with PreK-3 through 6th grade. Collaborate closely with educational staff and families to help students with mild to moderate disabilities enhance their communication skills in a positive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a manageable caseload of 40-50 children and provide targeted, results-driven speech and language therapy.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification required
  • Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in PreK-6th grades
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students with mild to moderate disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
  • Provide direct intervention and therapy services to assigned caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
