This contract opportunity focuses on serving a caseload of 40-50 children from PreK–3rd through 6th grade, with needs ranging from mild to moderate disabilities. Skills & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active state licensure for SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience with school-aged children, particularly those in PreK–6th grade, is highly valued
- Proficiency in working with children with mild to moderate disabilities
- Strong collaboration skills, flexibility, and compassion
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver direct interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Organize and manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student progress and support IEP goals
- Monitor student outcomes, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing communication with school staff and parents
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional insights on student progress and recommendations for services
