Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-CCC)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Open to SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Background in conducting evaluations and assessments for students
  • Previous involvement in supervising or supporting SLPAs is highly valued
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Complete comprehensive student evaluations, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
  • Supervise and mentor two skilled SLPAs, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
  • Work alongside educators and families to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed to support student achievement
