Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an incredible school team for the 2026/2027 school year! This is an exciting opportunity for an SLP who enjoys leadership, collaboration, and making a lasting difference in the lives of young learners.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Supervise and support 2 Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide services and support for students in the Head Start program
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license and/or DOE certification
• CCCs preferred
• Previous school-based experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
