In this role, you’ll contribute to a dynamic school environment for the upcoming 26/27 school year, which begins after Labor Day. Lead and collaborate with fellow clinicians, including overseeing a team of two SLPAs, and play a pivotal role in evaluating and supporting students’ communication needs.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in New Hampshire
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will also consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
• Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs
• Strong skills conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide speech-language services for a diverse pediatric population
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Supervise and support two SLPAs, fostering their clinical growth
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
