In this role, you’ll contribute to a dynamic school environment for the upcoming 26/27 school year, which begins after Labor Day. Lead and collaborate with fellow clinicians, including overseeing a team of two SLPAs, and play a pivotal role in evaluating and supporting students’ communication needs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will also consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs
- Strong skills conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide speech-language services for a diverse pediatric population
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Supervise and support two SLPAs, fostering their clinical growth
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
