School Speech Language Pathologist - Berlin, New York

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of progress, evaluations, and required compliance paperwork
• Provide both direct and consultative services to support students’ communication needs in academic environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support plans
