Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Alabama SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA certification (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings valued
• Prior work writing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) is highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, fostering students’ progress in articulation, language, voice, and fluency
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders
