Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments
- Proficiency in conducting teletherapy sessions strongly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students’ unique needs
- Deliver therapy through a variety of modalities, including in-person and virtual platforms
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide updates to parents and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other school professionals to support educational goals
- Participate in meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
