Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, or healthcare environments
  • Proficiency in conducting teletherapy sessions strongly valued
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students’ unique needs
  • Deliver therapy through a variety of modalities, including in-person and virtual platforms
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and provide updates to parents and staff
  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and other school professionals to support educational goals
  • Participate in meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
