  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain certification for work in schools
  • Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities utilizing standardized tools and observation techniques
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and educational goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school regulations
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student’s success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team sessions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to maximize outcomes
