Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and/or early intervention services
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials are welcome
  • Familiarity with school-based or early childhood programs is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students ages birth to five
  • Develop targeted, individualized therapy plans that support student goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy in varied school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multi-disciplinary team to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Stay current with research and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
