Key Qualifications:
- Active provisional or temporary Pennsylvania SLP license
- Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech therapy
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Carbon or Lehigh County
- Strong organizational skills to manage itinerant scheduling
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
- Adaptability to work with both preschool and K-12 populations as assignments may shift during the school year
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct speech-language therapy to preschool-aged children in early intervention settings
- Consult with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Develop and document clear progress notes, session data, and intervention strategies
- Serve as a resource and provide training for school personnel and families
