School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

This contract runs from October 1, 2026, to July 30, 2026, with flexible scheduling available to fit your availability—work up to 37.5 hours per week or tailor a schedule that works for you. The day typically runs from 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while making a difference.

In this role, you'll serve no more than 50 students, aged 3-5, across a range of communication needs—from articulation challenges to limited verbal skills—within child care and preschool settings. You’ll collaborate with educators, aides, and families to foster communication growth and student success.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and credentials in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Solid understanding of early childhood development and intervention strategies
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage IEP documentation and maintain compliance

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating students’ speech and language abilities
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct therapy, both individually and in small groups
• Consulting and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintaining accurate records and progress reports
• Participating in multi-disciplinary teams to support whole-child development
