This opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists, whether holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing a Clinical Fellowship (CF), who are passionate about fostering communication skills in a diverse school environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • CCC preferred; strong candidates completing Clinical Fellowship are also considered
  • Previous school-based experience valued, but not required
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized treatment for students K-12 with various speech and language needs
  • Maintain and document student progress, creating engaging therapy plans tailored to educational goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and a supportive onsite clinical team
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing assessments and progress updates
  • Adapt therapy modalities and strategies to best support inclusive learning within the school setting
