You’ll serve PreK–12th grade learners, conducting virtual assessments, providing direct therapy, and working collaboratively with educators and families to drive student growth over the 2024–2025 school year.

Ideal candidates will possess:
- Active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
- At least two years of previous school-based experience
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and general technology use, including a reliable computer, webcam, and strong internet connection
- Capability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
- Sufficient professional liability insurance (500K/500K annual coverage)
- Experience providing services to pediatric and school-based populations (SLPA or CFY backgrounds welcome)
Core responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual assessments and diagnostics for speech and language disorders
- Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Delivering engaging teletherapy sessions to students across grade levels
- Tracking and reporting on student progress, adjusting plans as needed to maximize outcomes
- Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and special education teams
