Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current, active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
• Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience with school-based speech therapy
• Proficiency with technology, webcam, and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
• Liability insurance with 500K/500K annual coverage

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders via teletherapy
• Develop and implement IEPs, tracking student progress and updating intervention plans as needed
• Provide both direct and indirect therapy services, collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Maintain documentation and comply with school-based requirements and timelines
• Leverage virtual tools to create a dynamic, supportive learning environment
