Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Big Lake, Minnesota

Take your Speech-Language Pathology skills to the next level with a rewarding remote contract opportunity supporting students in Minnesota. You’ll serve PreK–12th grade learners, conducting virtual assessments, providing direct therapy, and working collaboratively with educators and families to drive student growth over the 2024–2025 school year.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
• At least two years of previous school-based experience
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and general technology use, including a reliable computer, webcam, and strong internet connection
• Capability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
• Sufficient professional liability insurance (500K/500K annual coverage)
• Experience providing services to pediatric and school-based populations (SLPA or CFY backgrounds welcome)

Core responsibilities include:

• Conducting virtual assessments and diagnostics for speech and language disorders
• Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Delivering engaging teletherapy sessions to students across grade levels
• Tracking and reporting on student progress, adjusting plans as needed to maximize outcomes
• Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and special education teams
