Qualifications & Experience: • Possession of an active Speech-Language Pathology license (MN) • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued • Strong organizational abilities and collaborative approach • Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
Responsibilities: • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse student caseload • Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and related documentation • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress • Conduct speech and language assessments, monitor progress, and provide timely reports • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing your expertise and supporting the development of student plans • Engage in ongoing communication with families to encourage involvement and support
