Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license (Minnesota)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CFY) eligibility
• Experience in a school or early intervention setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans for ages birth to five
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to perform or assist with evaluations for children birth to age two

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to young children identified with communication needs
• Complete required evaluations for ages birth through two, as applicable
• Develop and implement individual therapy plans tailored to students’ goals
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support learning
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress in therapy
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive, child-centered environment
