Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license (Minnesota)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CFY) eligibility
- Experience in a school or early intervention setting strongly preferred
- Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and development of treatment plans for ages birth to five
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to perform or assist with evaluations for children birth to age two
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to young children identified with communication needs
- Complete required evaluations for ages birth through two, as applicable
- Develop and implement individual therapy plans tailored to students’ goals
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support learning
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress in therapy
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive, child-centered environment
