School Speech Language Pathologist - Big Lake, MN

Your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology will be highly valued, and you’ll collaborate with educators to support student growth and communication. Whether you are an SLP with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), a Clinical Fellow Year SLP (CFY), or bring pediatric and school-based SLP experience, your skills can thrive here. Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping students succeed academically and socially

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Develop and update IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
