  • Strong communication, organization, and adaptability in classroom or small-group settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Maintain detailed, compliant records on student progress
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing student evaluation
  • Offer support and consultation to educational staff for optimal carryover in classrooms
