Ideal Qualifications:

  • Active SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

  • Proficiency with assessment tools, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in accordance with school policies
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting student IEP objectives
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student development
  • Provide direct intervention, consultation, and recommendations within school-based settings
  • Monitor, document, and report on students’ progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development, fostering a collaborative educational environment
