Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current license (or eligibility) as an SLP for the state of Mississippi
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants considered
• Pediatric and/or school-based experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing to IEP development and implementation
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school standards
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and support activities
