What you’ll bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC certification
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing intervention plans for a range of communication disorders
- Excellent communication with students, staff, and caregivers
- Strong organizational abilities to manage caseload and documentation
- Positive, adaptable approach within diverse student populations
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments for students as required
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Providing direct therapy sessions, both individual and small group
- Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and district requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of student goals
