You will work closely with a diverse pediatric population, utilizing your expertise across various SLP domains—whether you’re an experienced SLP-CCC, a Clinical Fellow (CFY), or have a background in teletherapy or healthcare settings.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Alabama
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other service providers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide therapy sessions individually and in group settings, both in-person and virtually (as applicable)
  • Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate and support teachers and families on strategies to enhance communication skills
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices and compliance with federal and state guidelines
