Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice in Alabama
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but dedicated new graduates are welcome
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, design therapy plans, and deliver services to students with a variety of communication needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
