Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students’ communication and language development throughout the academic year. This full-time role spans from August 14, 2025 through May 22, 2026 and focuses on providing specialized speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 50 Pre-K through 5th grade students—all at one school site near Bixby, OK. Benefit from the added support of a dedicated, part-time SLPA who assists in delivering quality care.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology licensure and state certification (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year accepted)
  • Prior experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with conducting speech/language therapy, screenings, evaluations, and developing IEPs for elementary age students
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with other educational professionals
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K through 5th grade
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, document student progress, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Supervise and coordinate with the assigned part-time SLPA to ensure consistent and effective therapy support
  • Adapt therapy techniques and interventions to meet a diverse set of student needs within a positive, inclusive environment
