Enjoy a full-time contract role providing school-based services in a collaborative educational environment. Your expertise will help support approximately 43 students, fostering their growth in communication skills and overall educational success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Strong preference for candidates with an active North Carolina SLP license
  • Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with a range of speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success
  • Gather and maintain progress data, ensuring compliance with state and district requirements
  • Engage in professional development and ongoing collaboration with colleagues
  • Provide support, resources, and education for parents and caregivers as needed
