Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site speech-language therapy services for elementary students, assessing and developing individualized treatment plans
- Conduct diagnostics and establish goals tailored to students’ unique needs
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district standards
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to devise effective communication strategies across home and classroom settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student planning
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or pending state licensure as an SLP or SLP-CFY
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship
- Experience or practicum in a school setting, especially working with Pre-K through 5th grade, is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
