Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site speech-language therapy services for elementary students, assessing and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct diagnostics and establish goals tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district standards
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to devise effective communication strategies across home and classroom settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based student planning

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or pending state licensure as an SLP or SLP-CFY
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship
  • Experience or practicum in a school setting, especially working with Pre-K through 5th grade, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
