Apply NowAn exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to support students across elementary grade levels. This full-time, on-site contract position begins as soon as possible and offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. You will work with a caseload of approximately 50 students from Pre-K through 5th grade, primarily addressing mild to moderate articulation and language needs. All students receive the majority of their instruction within general education classrooms, utilizing either pull-out or push-in delivery models for speech services.
Qualified candidates excel in collaborative, school-based environments and have a passion for helping students achieve their communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license/certification or eligibility (SLP-CFs welcome to apply)
- Background working with elementary-aged students, preferably in school settings
- Familiarity with IEPs and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to K–5 students, using both pull-out and push-in models
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for articulation and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain appropriate documentation, progress reports, and IEPs
- Participate in school-based meetings and interventions as needed
