Grades 9 - 12 Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Blackwell, OK

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to support students across elementary grade levels. This full-time, on-site contract position begins as soon as possible and offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. You will work with a caseload of approximately 50 students from Pre-K through 5th grade, primarily addressing mild to moderate articulation and language needs. All students receive the majority of their instruction within general education classrooms, utilizing either pull-out or push-in delivery models for speech services.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license/certification or eligibility (SLP-CFs welcome to apply)
• Background working with elementary-aged students, preferably in school settings
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to K–5 students, using both pull-out and push-in models
• Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for articulation and language needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain appropriate documentation, progress reports, and IEPs
• Participate in school-based meetings and interventions as needed
