Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students’ growth and communication development as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (or Clinical Fellow). This contract position offers a hands-on, on-site experience providing speech and language services to elementary-aged children from Pre-K through 5th grade. The current caseload includes roughly 50 students with primarily mild to moderate articulation and language needs. All students are integrated within general education settings, receiving your specialized support through both pull-out and push-in models.

Your schedule will follow traditional school hours from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, including a daily 30-minute lunch break, making work-life balance more manageable. The role is open for an immediate start, allowing you to make an impact as soon as possible.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within K-5 settings
  • Comfortable implementing both pull-out and push-in service models
  • Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with teachers and general education staff
  • Dedication to helping children achieve their communication goals in an inclusive environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for assigned caseload
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted interventions within the general education classroom and in dedicated therapy settings
  • Document student progress and communicate effectively with families and fellow educators
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the student support team
