Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date
  • Previous experience providing speech and language services in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Comfort working with elementary-aged children with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Strong collaboration and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for elementary students
  • Deliver targeted, evidence-based speech and language therapy
  • Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professional staff to support student success
  • Participate in student support meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Adapt therapy approaches and materials to engage young learners
