Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of SLPA program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLP roles
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
  • Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy delivery models a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt to students’ diverse needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop targeted intervention plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services individually and in group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Support outreach and training for classroom staff relating to communication strategies
