Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Bloomington, IN

In this role, you’ll provide essential speech and language services for a diverse caseload of students, collaborating with educators and caregivers to build communication skills and confidence in young learners. Teletherapy options may be available, allowing for innovative, accessible care.

Desired Background:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Experience in schools, pediatric, or healthcare settings strongly preferred
• Open to SLPs pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Comfortable with both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Experience supporting students with a range of communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized speech-language therapy
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
• Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
• Adapt activities and materials to address diverse student goals
• Provide support or supervision for SLPAs when appropriate
