Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Blue Springs, MO

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in a dynamic French Immersion school setting near Blue Springs, MO, with a diverse caseload of middle and high schoolers. This role runs from August 11, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and serves a single campus location, ensuring consistency and meaningful connection with the school community. You'll collaborate with a supportive team where all speech-language services and communications with students and special education staff are conducted in English—French proficiency is not required.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP, CCC certification preferred
• Open to candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in K-12 school settings and/or pediatric populations
• Comfort with providing services for a mixed caseload, including mild to severe needs
• Expertise in teletherapy and in-person therapy modalities
• Strong collaboration skills for working closely with teachers and special education team
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and IEP compliance

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to approximately 15 English-speaking middle/high school students
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and special education requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize both teletherapy platforms and onsite services as appropriate
