A fulfilling opportunity awaits as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist during a maternity leave assignment near Blue Springs, MO. This full-time position runs from August 17, 2026, to November 9, 2026, and will focus on supporting students at the resource level in an elementary school environment. You'll work onsite with a collaborative team, providing vital speech and language services that make a genuine difference for young learners.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current SLP license in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in addressing the unique language and communication needs of elementary-aged students
• Adaptable and team-oriented, with strong organizational skills
• Experience providing resource-level support is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse elementary caseload in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students requiring speech and language support
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with district requirements
• Contribute actively to student evaluations and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth
