School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Blue Springs, Missouri

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience supporting students in school-based settings

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to high school students
• Complete evaluations and re-evaluations as required
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address students’ communication needs
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of individuals and small groups
