School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Blue Springs, Missouri

This contract position offers a full-time schedule and runs from mid-October through late January, serving an elementary caseload. The role is exclusively virtual, allowing you to deliver assessment, intervention, and support services using trusted digital platforms as a valued extension of the on-site team.

Qualifications/Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license (state requirements must be met)
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
• Minimum of one year working with elementary-age students in an educational setting
• Experience with virtual service delivery is highly preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Collaborative attitude and comfort working with teachers, support staff, and family members

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments virtually
• Developing and implementing IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Delivering ongoing individual and group therapy sessions
• Regularly monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Guiding and educating teachers and parents on student strategies for success
• Attending virtual meetings and contributing expertise on student needs
• Ensuring compliance with all school, state, and federal policies applicable to online therapy
