Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP certification required)
  • Valid Missouri SLP licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience, especially with elementary-age children, preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 21 students, providing case management and direct speech therapy services
  • Serve a total of 76 students as a direct service provider (including those you case manage), with SLP-A support
  • Collaborate with school staff and parents to create and implement IEPs
  • Oversee and support the SLP-A in coordination with the supervising in-house SLP
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in school meetings as needed
