Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in Missouri (or eligibility for licensure prior to start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience with school-aged children, especially elementary students, preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite as required (no remote/voco considerations)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20 elementary students, 2-3 days per week
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings as needed
