Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current SLP license (Texas)
- Proven experience supervising Clinical Fellows (CFY), especially in educational settings
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiarity with IEP processes
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Effective communication and mentorship skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular supervision, observation, and feedback to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows in a school-based environment
- Support and guide clinical skill development, including assessment, intervention, and documentation practices
- Ensure compliance with ASHA and state supervision requirements
- Serve as a resource on best practices for serving pediatric populations in schools
- Collaborate with school staff and therapy teams to enhance student outcomes
- Participate in periodic remote meetings or documentation reviews as required
