Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Current SLP license (Texas)
  • Proven experience supervising Clinical Fellows (CFY), especially in educational settings
  • Strong background in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiarity with IEP processes
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Effective communication and mentorship skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular supervision, observation, and feedback to Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows in a school-based environment
  • Support and guide clinical skill development, including assessment, intervention, and documentation practices
  • Ensure compliance with ASHA and state supervision requirements
  • Serve as a resource on best practices for serving pediatric populations in schools
  • Collaborate with school staff and therapy teams to enhance student outcomes
  • Participate in periodic remote meetings or documentation reviews as required
