Applicants with their Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply. In this role, you’ll provide vital support to students and faculty while partnering with other professionals to create a positive impact across the school.
What you'll bring:
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but highly motivated new graduates will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for helping students reach their social, academic, and developmental goals
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEP goals, and provide therapy to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to encourage student growth
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes according to district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise in planning student programs
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in pediatric speech-language pathology
