Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Florida SLP license
- Certification as CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Previous experience in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
- Ability to serve students with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, following IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations as needed
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluating and recommending support strategies
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
- Manage a flexible schedule between multiple school sites
