Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience working in a school environment is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administrators, and family members to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports as required by the school and state guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to student planning and support teams
• Provide resources and recommendations to classroom staff and caregivers to aid in generalization of therapy outcomes
