What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision
  • Illinois state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Background in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
  • Experience with IEPs, student evaluations, and working with diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to collaborative, student-centered practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Document and report on student outcomes and maintain accurate records
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to academic planning
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions to support student success in and out of the classroom
