Licensed K-5 School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bolivia, North Carolina

Step into a rewarding opportunity working with K-5th grade students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract basis. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in North Carolina
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally in a school setting
• Comfort managing a caseload of approximately 45 K-5th grade students
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of speech/language disorders and developmentally appropriate practices
• Ability to work on-site throughout the contract duration
• ASHA certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students in grades K-5
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
• Adapt therapy approaches to support the diverse needs of each student
