Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Georgia
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Skilled in providing evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy
- Compassionate communicator with strong organizational and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across all grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions as needed
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust interventions as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of documentation aligned with students’ goals
- Serve as a resource and advocate for families and school staff regarding best practices in speech and language development
