Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Georgia
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
  • Skilled in providing evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering direct therapy
  • Compassionate communicator with strong organizational and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across all grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions as needed
  • Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust interventions as required
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of documentation aligned with students’ goals
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for families and school staff regarding best practices in speech and language development
