Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Bonaire, GA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcomed
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy settings
• Competency in teletherapy service delivery tools, if seeking remote opportunities
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments tailored to student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that facilitate measurable progress
• Deliver direct therapy services to students, either onsite or via teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers to support student academic success
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide training or consultation for school staff and families as required
