What we’re looking for:

• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings, particularly with medically fragile or complex needs preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment and therapy techniques for school-aged children
• Compassion, patience, and the ability to adapt sessions to meet unique challenges
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and educational professionals

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting two 45-minute speech-language therapy sessions per week in the student’s home
• Creating individualized therapy plans tailored to the student's specific medical and communicative needs
• Assessing progress and documenting results to inform families and educational teams
• Coordinating with caregivers and educators to provide holistic support
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and goal-focused environment during each session
