This contract opportunity spans from August 10, 2026 through May 28, 2027 and offers the chance to provide clinical expertise while supervising a dedicated team.
Step into a dynamic school setting, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a schedule designed to support both work-life balance and student progress. Serve a diverse caseload of approximately 150 students on a mixed caseload while mentoring three Speech-Language Assistants. As a leader in your field, you'll have the chance to implement evidence-based interventions, collaborate with educators and families, and help shape an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Valid state licensure for SLP services in school settings.
- Experience supervising SLAs (Speech-Language Assistants) is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with students ranging from preschool through high school.
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently.
- Commitment to culturally responsive practices and individualized support.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services across a mixed student caseload.
- Supervise and mentor three Speech-Language Assistants, ensuring high-quality intervention delivery.
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes.
- Contribute expertise to student support teams and participate in IEP meetings.
