Multiple roles are available for both full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week) and part-time availability—perfect if you’re looking to shape your ideal schedule.

You will become a key resource for students, collaborating with teachers and families to ensure students receive the best possible support. With placements at various elementary, middle, and high school campuses in the area, you can select a combination of locations that best suits your preferences and create a workload that fits your career goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (required)
  • Valid Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or Florida teacher certification
  • Ability to complete Florida school district fingerprinting and credentialing requirements
  • Adaptable communicator with strong organizational skills
  • Prior school-based SLP experience is preferred but not required

Role Highlights:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students as identified by IEPs or referrals
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
  • Work closely with educators, special education staff, and families to support each child’s communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
