School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bonita Springs, Florida

Multiple full-time and part-time roles are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, providing the chance to serve a diverse student community across a range of elementary, middle, and high school campuses. Your expertise will help shape communication skills and foster student growth in supportive educational environments. All work will be on-site, with no remote or virtual options.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification
• Experience working in a K-12 school setting is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Completion of required background check and fingerprint clearance (accommodations available for those with previous FL prints)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver speech/language therapy to students in group and individual sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records in line with district and state requirements
• Serve multiple school sites; assignments can be combined for a full-time schedule
• Adapt services to meet students’ developmental and educational needs
