Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bonita Springs, FL

Make a meaningful impact supporting students across multiple campuses as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist. This on-site contract opportunity offers flexibility, with both full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) and part-time schedules available. Multiple locations can be combined to streamline your caseload and create a full-time equivalent position. The contract runs from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with positions available across a variety of elementary, middle, and high schools.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Florida DOH SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification
• Experience in schools setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
• Willingness to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing (prior prints may be transferable through AHCA Clearinghouse)
• Commitment to on-site service delivery (remote/VOCO not available)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
• Maintain documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students
• Provide services across one or more schools, focusing on maximizing student potential
