School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bonita Springs, Florida

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist, working within a single, welcoming school in either Golden Gate City or Immokalee. This opportunity is designed for dedicated professionals passionate about student communication needs and eager to make a positive, lasting impact across a diverse age range.

You’ll handle direct services and evaluations, collaborating with educators and families to ensure every student receives tailored support. The assignment is based solely on-site—remote (VOCO) options are not available. Choose from full-time or part-time schedules, up to 35 hours per week, aligning with the standard academic calendar from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Florida Department of Health SLP License
• Experience delivering speech therapy services within a school-based setting (K–12 preferred)
• Ability to provide both direct therapy and evaluations as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility to adapt to varied caseloads and school environments
• Completion of required fingerprinting upon offer; prior valid prints in the AHCA Clearinghouse may expedite clearance
• Willingness to obtain a JLA badge (may take up to 10 business days after clearance)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy for K–12 students
• Conduct evaluations and prepare supporting documentation within school guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
