Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity in the beautiful Bonners Ferry, ID area supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time role offers a dynamic schedule of 7.5-hour days, four days a week, with only one required Friday per month—giving you a balanced workweek and predictable time off. The caseload is approximately 85 students, providing the chance to make a meaningful impact across a diverse group of learners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Idaho SLP License is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Solid background providing SLP services in a school-based setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set appropriate goals
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with each student's needs
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to assessments, progress notes, and Medicaid billing as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and in-service trainings
