Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Hold a valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Idaho
• Experience working with diverse student populations, including grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to develop and implement effective intervention plans tailored to student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Create individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy
• Collaborate with educators and families to develop IEP goals and provide progress updates
• Provide both preventive and direct therapeutic services
• Document services and maintain thorough, accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Offer guidance on communication strategies and resources to support students’ success
